Fantastic Seahorse Knitting Pattern!

I found a fantastic vintage knitted seahorse toy pattern on eBay and wanted to share it with you. It's from a wonderful eBay seller called (some of her other items are listed below).
The pattern is a digitally cleaned up and restored reprint of a vintage original - the picture to the left is a knitted-up version of the pattern.
I'm excited about making up the seahorse in lots of different yarns and sizes. The pattern calls for worsted wool and #4 double-pointed needles - this makes a seahorse toy around 7" high, but I'm thinking they would look very cute made from left-over sock yarn. I'm also thinking of adapting the pattern to change the shape of the head.
I love it when I'm surprised by an extra gift from a seller on eBay - this is exactly what happened with FanncyNancy - she included a pattern for a knitted starfish with the seahorse! This for me makes her a cut above the rest.

I just found this blog doing a search on Google and to my surprise here was this wonderful reference to my shop. Thank you so much! I love to choose an extra pattern for my wonderful customers. I try to give something related to what they’re already purchasing. I would love to see the finished seahorses. This is one of my most unique patterns.
